By accessing or using PixHue, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These terms apply to the PixHue brand and the features it offers, including palette creation, saved colors, image-related color work, projects, collections, public sharing, and any paid features that may be available from time to time.

PixHue is a color workflow platform. It helps you create, save, organize, and share color work, including palettes, extracted colors, saved images, projects, collections, and public-facing content you choose to publish.

Features may change over time. We may add, remove, or adjust tools, limits, and surfaces as the product evolves.

PixHue is intended for users 18 years and older. If you use an account, you are responsible for keeping it secure and for everything that happens through it.

We may suspend or close accounts if we believe they are being used for abuse, fraud, security issues, illegal activity, or behavior that puts the service or other users at risk.

You keep ownership of the content you upload or create through PixHue, including any output generated through the product.

You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload, create, save, and share that content. If you publish content publicly, you understand that it may be visible to other users and on public PixHue surfaces.

Public content may include share links, explore-style pages, or other product surfaces that make your content visible to others.

To run the service, you give PixHue a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, display, adapt, and distribute your content as needed to operate, maintain, improve, and present the service.

This license also covers public content you choose to share so PixHue can show it to other users or place it in product-facing public experiences.

Paid features, subscriptions, and checkout flows may be handled through Paddle. If pricing, limits, or plan details change, we may update the service accordingly.

Refunds are handled through Paddle unless required by law. If you downgrade or cancel, some features or content limits may no longer be available at the current plan level.

We may also apply plan-based limits to protect service quality and keep the product stable for everyone.

Use PixHue responsibly. Do not use the service to upload or share image files, palettes, or other content that you do not have rights to use.

• Do not upload files meant to break, disrupt, or interfere with PixHue.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Do not mislead others about who created, owns, or published content.
• Do not use PixHue in a way that creates legal or security problems for the service.

We may remove content or limit access if we believe it violates these terms or creates operational risk.

PixHue depends on third-party services for things like hosting, storage, payments, authentication, email, and similar infrastructure. Those services may have their own terms and availability limits.

We try to keep PixHue available, but the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Color values, palette suggestions, and related outputs are helpful references, not guarantees. They may vary by display, device, workflow, or context.

PixHue is not professional, legal, or compliance advice. You remain responsible for how you use the content and outputs generated through the service.

We may update these terms when the product changes. If you continue using PixHue after an update becomes effective, that means you accept the updated terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
